Resources during COVID-19

While staying at home, it is important to make sure you keep up with your physical health. Without access to the fitness center, finding ways to exercise may be difficult. Here are some exercises that CWC's Athletic Trainer, Adam Simon, put together to help you stay in shape from home. 

When completing these exercises, keep these tips in mind:

  1. If any of the exercises hurt, don't do them
  2. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from exercise, don't do them
