The Human Resources Department puts a lot of effort into pairing new and not-so-new staff of the college in mentoring relationships. These relationships are monitored by Human Resources in hopes that a seasoned person is ready and willing to help someone new to CWC with frustrations, fears, questions, and celebrations.
