Central Wyoming College testing centers provide secure exam proctoring for nation-wide institutions. Proctoring is available when time, technology and personnel allow. Tests vary widely by instructor and school, so all approved proctoring information must be received by the Test Center at least 5 days before the test appointment date.
Paper tests must be accompanied by self addressed, postage paid envelopes if their physical return is requested by the instructor.
Instructors may also email a file of the test to the testcenter@cwc.edu with instructions. The test will be printed, then scanned and emailed back when completed.

Mission
The Central Wyoming College Test Centers' primary mission is to support excellence in CWC's academic programs through the diligent administration of placement testing for CWC programs, make-up exams for students in CWC classes, and some accommodated testing for students with disabilities.
Additionally, as a public service, the Riverton Campus Test Center contracts with several testing companies to offer certification exams and other tests through their testing systems. CWC also has informal reciprocal agreements with a number of other colleges and universities to administer tests for their students.
Policies
Appointments are generally available on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not guarantee walk-in testing availability, though we provide service for walk-ins when we can. Faculty and advisors should instruct students to make appointments in advance. Appointments may be made by phone, email, or in-person. Some partner-testing companies require that testers make appointments online through their websites.
All tests must end when the Test Center closes each day. Un-timed exams are time-limited by the test center's hours. Timed exams that begin too late in the day may be forced to end early. Testers choosing to test with less than the time allowed will be asked to sign a waiver.
Testers who cannot make their scheduled appointment times are requested to cancel or reschedule with their Test Center prior to the scheduled appointment time. In consideration of limited seats, this will free up the appointment time for other testers.
All testers must present a government issued photo I.D.(s) required by their test provider. All personal belongings are secured outside the testing room unless use is authorized by the test provider. . Additional security requirements apply to some tests.
